Re: Some kind of non-armor clothing for arms

Do not long sleeve garments and coats already provide warmth for the arms? I always assumed this was the case.

Re: Reminder of Policy 3

I would say anyone who really needs this would not, even after reading this post, go and re-read Policy 3 (I know I won't). It would be a great idea to post it verbatim and in its entirety in this thread! Of course, maybe you did and I just don't know it. You know, since I didn't go re-read it... Ed...

Not their precious godsteel weapon! I've been pushing for Dirty Trick: Manure Kick for a while now, myself. Dirty Trick: Manure Kick Prerequisites: Stealth 600, Fecalogy 9001 You deliver a sneaky swift kick to a pile of manure laying nearby, sending dung flying at your opponent. If successful, this ...

I agree. There's no way I'm dropping my Apprentice of the Water Closet ability just so I can fish.

Mud Portal is what mudconnect.com is using currently, and if you access CLOK's listing on mudconnect, you can get Mud Portal to connect by clicking the "Play now" button. It has triggers, aliases, and macros, but for the life of me I can't figure out how to get them to work. This is how I've been co...

Re: Sitting in flooded rooms

Not to mention the quagmire of a swamp wouldn't exactly hold a chair. The legs would sink pretty quickly from your body-weight, and you'd definitely have to fight to get your chair back at that point. When I was a kidling, my dad lived close to a swamp and I remember a few times him taking me and my...

Re: Monks under review

I personally think it would be cool if the "banish nethrim" effect was only active with the monk holding a channel of thaumaturgy, causing them to flee from the monk any time they are in the same room. Of course, this would mean the monk would have to lose constant stamina to holding the channel to ...

This is great... but I like to picture my fire as bluish white, and my water as green. My water is an earthy, mossy water, hence the green coloring. The geomancy and aeromancy colors work for me though.

Re: Offensive Tactics Buff

Jaster was always in a perpetual state of tactics dodge, but I would often use tactics offense to great effect to turn the tide of battle on my mercenary characters. Then, I also developed the turtle style of fighting using two great shields - try to penetrate me, bro. These things are easier when y...

While we only have snow sometimes, we have enough horses that things to throw should never be in short supply I've not seen poop on CLOK in years, well, at least 3 or so. I have wondered why because although unpleasant, it does add levity and fun to the game. :) :) As for the pine cones...absolutel...
