That being said, I don't feel like we 'need' more. 20 is a comfortable number, though a little tight for a certain guild.

Do you mean in regards to player characters? Or Npcs? Both? Npc rook retrievals are located in certain areas, when it comes to player characters, given the rank you have to be to use rook retrievals, the amount of sorcery you have to have to unlock the ability, I would assume(very possibly wrongly) ...

I know weapons wear out but staves wear out very very quickly in my experience. The whole idea of band removal is just so it gives people a way to keep the same bands for longer due to how quickly staves wear out and are unable to be repaired without a druid(I think).
