Re: General Thaumaturge Guidelines

I like the new guidelines. It actually makes me want to make a monk even more. though considering my more prominent alts, I am not sure if this is a thing I would be permitted let alone should do.
either way really nice job.

Re: starving to death

you'll see the warning, or hear it as the case may be quite a few times before you actually die. and in the case of the audio, it's seriously one of the loudest and most obnoxious sounds in the pack. so I still stand on the opinion, that if you miss it it's your own fault.

Re: Religion in CLOK

I have a character that is attempting in his own way to honor the church. though i doubt he considers himself a member, he likely considers such things better than him.

Re: starving to death

it's not dismissive. seriously if you depend on audio as part of your game, and you play music or something else so loud you miss the sounds, that's your fail not the game.

playing music for tips.

So I have been thinking about this, and the more i think about it the more I wanted to suggest something. as it stands now, there is no mechanical benefit to learning to play an instrument. that we can is cool, but it can be expensive. I was hoping we might gain some system where we might be able to...

Perhaps a special command to hide an object if you need it to stay, otherwise hidden objects still get cleaned up with everything else.

i tend to play while i am at the computer doing other things, on my laptop during lulls in friend and family gatherings, and on my phone when ever i can get away with it. bring my old iPhone with me to the gym so i can play in the steam room.

I don't have any musical characters, but I have a hydromancer that may be able to help get people into the spirit of the thing, or wet at least

Re: What's your characters favourite item and why?

i too have quite a few alts, though few of them have really been playing long enough to acquire truly unique or favored objects, the exceptions are Preiman, who loves his "indigos" a set of indigo ridged leather armor he had made for him, even though he really can't use them anymore because they int...

Re: House Varinii

not a bad idea, though it might be worth mentioning, i have 2 characters that have been trying to get into the outpost for a little while now, and know of a few others, i do think this is a good idea, but perhaps a bit more IC interaction might also help you find the people you are looking for.

not sure about that, used a spear from time to time in my life, and not sure about getting 3 attacks with it, but being able to brace it against mounted opponents or something like that might be nice.

well some of those items were really cool, Viridiana loved the back scratcher. mostly because of the lore behind it. and Granny Sarint is needed a nice walking stick.

Re: An Idea to Help with Templar Applicants

i like that idea. for one it might give hopefuls an idea of what will be expected of them while at the same time getting them mechanically ready for the duties of a Templar. I have no doubt my Templar aspirant would benefit from such a situation. let me add something, if we do implement a squire sys...
