Alright, let's face it. Whips are no longer used because unless you can disarm shields with them, they have no point due to abilities doing the same or better existing. I propose some changes here.

Whip Specialization should make your whip able to target arms and legs without effecting your main weapon (meaning your aim command usage could be on their chest and your whip would target their arms, hands or legs for the most part) and should open an ability called Whip Snag, a less effective, harder to land disarm but if you manage it, you get their weapon if you have a free hand for it. Shouldn't work on most two-handed weapons well and have an even greater failure chance based on weapon weight. Maybe add in a "snag" command to wrap your whip around a dropped item and drag it to yourself without fail and roundtime determined by item weight, with certain things being immovable?

You effectively get to Indiana Jones that shortsword out of their hand and into your waiting grasp, or snatch their weapon after someone else knocks that spear out of their hands.
