Suggested guild ability: Sucker Punch

The other day I noticed a brand of whiskey with a funny name that gave me an idea:


Suggested Guild ability for Brawlers and Thieves:

Usage: coldcock <target>

Result: Immediately moves the target into engaged position and delivers a punch.

'You sucker punch Joe!'

Suggested embellishment: good chance it will stun for 2-5 seconds unless wearing head armor

Suggested prerequisites: Brawling 200, Stealth 250 ( or even better, stealth > Target's Perception)

Suggested Limitations:
1. User has to have no sort of weapon in/on either hand
2. If you sucker punched someone, they have an 'effect' that lasts a day (or more) that makes them wary of you and unlikely or immune to another sucker punch in that time period.
